Arrival isn't the only moment that needs planning
Most hosting advice stops at the front door. But a stay has a middle and an end too: the mid-stay check-in that catches a problem early, the checkout reminder that prevents a late departure, the moment after checkout that either starts a relationship or ends one.
Gaps show up as reactive messages
Without a plan for the full stay, communication becomes reactive: a host answers questions as they come in rather than heading them off. A guest who has to ask is a guest who was left to wonder in the meantime.
Why the middle and end get skipped
The arrival is the moment hosts worry about most, so it gets the most preparation. The rest of the stay feels like it should take care of itself, until a mid-stay issue or a messy checkout shows it doesn't.
